By using this website you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Who we are

Elventex ("we", "us", "our") is a technology and business process outsourcing (BPO) services company. Our registered office is Tower 4, NX ONE, Techzone-4, Greater Noida West, Uttar Pradesh 201318, India. This website is elventex.com.

What you may do

You may browse the site, read about our services, and send us an enquiry. You may share links to our pages.

What you may not do

  • Copy, scrape, download in bulk or re-publish any part of the site without our written permission.
  • Try to break into the site, its forms, the chat assistant or the services behind them, or send them harmful code or false enquiries.
  • Use the site, the enquiry form or the chat assistant for anything unlawful, or to send spam.
  • Use our name or logo in a way that suggests we endorse you or your product.

Our content

All text, images, video, design, code, the Elventex name and the Elventex logo on this site belong to Elventex or to the people who licensed them to us. All rights are reserved. Product and brand names of other companies (for example Shopify, WordPress, Google or Meta) belong to their owners and appear only to describe the work we do with them.

Information on this site

We keep this site accurate and up to date, but it is general information, not advice and not a contract. Service names, typical timelines and "what you get" lists describe how the work usually runs. The exact scope, price, timeline and terms for your project are agreed in a written service agreement before work starts, and that agreement takes precedence over anything on this site.

Availability and liability

We may change, remove or take the site offline at any time without notice. To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for any loss that comes from using this site, from being unable to use it, or from relying on information on it.

Links to other sites

Links to Google Maps, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, X, YouTube and other sites are there for your convenience. Those sites have their own terms and privacy rules, and we are not responsible for them.

Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute about this website is handled by the courts in Gautam Buddha Nagar, Uttar Pradesh, India. The service agreement for a project can set a different arrangement for that project.

Privacy policy

We collect only what we need to reply to you and arrange the call you asked for. We do not sell your information, and we do not run advertising trackers on this site.

What we collect

  • When you send an enquiry: your name, email address, phone number, company, what you need, the channel, category or service you chose, the call-back time and time zone you picked, and the page you sent it from.
  • When you use the chat assistant: the messages you type. The assistant answers from our service catalogue. When its AI mode is on, your messages are sent to our AI provider only to produce the reply. Please do not type passwords, card numbers or other sensitive details into the chat.
  • When you open WhatsApp, a phone link or an email link: that app or service handles the conversation under its own rules.
  • Technical data: like most websites, our hosting provider keeps standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested, time) to keep the site secure and running.

How we use it

To reply to you, to call you at the time you chose, to prepare a proposal, and to keep a record of enquiries so we can follow up. We do not send marketing emails unless you ask for them.

Where it is stored and who sees it

Enquiries are stored in our Google Workspace account (a Google Sheet, our calendar and our mailbox). If you chose Google Meet, a meeting invitation with a Meet link is created there and sent to you. In AI mode, chat messages go to our AI provider only to generate the answer. We share your information only with the people and tools needed to reply to you, or when the law requires it. We never sell or rent it.

How long we keep it

Enquiry records are kept for up to 24 months after our last contact with you, or until you ask us to delete them. The chat conversation is stored only in your own browser tab and disappears when you close it.

Your rights

You can ask what information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or withdraw your consent at any time. Email Info@elventex.com with "Privacy request" in the subject line. We answer within one working day and complete requests within 30 days.

Children

This site and our services are for businesses. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Changes

When this policy changes, the new version is posted here with the date at the top of the page.

Cookies

This site sets no advertising cookies and no analytics cookies.

What the site stores in your browser

  • Your light or dark choice, so the site opens the way you left it.
  • The chat conversation and whether the AI assistant is available, kept only while the tab is open, so the conversation survives moving between pages.

These are stored on your own device, are never sent to us, and are removed when you clear your browser data (the chat is removed when you close the tab).

Other companies' cookies

When you choose to open Google Maps, WhatsApp, YouTube, LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram or X from our links, those sites set their own cookies on their own pages under their own policies.
