01Named people
You meet your team before you sign, and they stay on your account. If someone leaves, we tell you first.
Elventex runs technology and back-office operations for clients as one team, on one contract. This page explains who we are, how we work, and what clients say about it.
Elventex is a services group. We run two kinds of work: websites, apps, design, video and marketing (Technology), and customer support and back-office operations (BPO). 322 services, 30 categories, one contract.
We started Elventex because of one problem we kept seeing. When a company outsources work, it usually loses sight of it. The people who sold the contract disappear, quality drops without explanation, and the monthly report says everything is fine.
So we built the company around one rule: you can always see the work. You know who is on your account. You see the same numbers we see, every week. Your scope and price are in writing before we start.
“Outsourcing you can see, every day.”
These are not slogans. Each one is something you can check in the first week.
01You meet your team before you sign, and they stay on your account. If someone leaves, we tell you first.
02You see the same numbers we run the work on, on the same day every week. Including the bad ones.
03Service list, team size, hours and price, in writing before we start. No surprise costs later.
04Two channels, one team, one project lead. No handovers between vendors, so nothing gets lost.
Hire one channel or both. Same people, same reporting, one contract.
In their words, not ours.
“You can see the work while it runs. That is the whole difference. We have had outsourcing partners before, but we have never had one we could actually look into.”
Every account gets these four roles. They are named in your contract, and you meet them before you sign.
Role 01Your one point of contact. Knows your account from start to finish and answers within the working day.
Role 02The senior person for your channel: broadcast, technology or operations. Signs off the scope and the quality.
Role 03The named people who do the work every day, on a published rota you can see.
Role 04Checks the work, scores it against the standard we agreed, and reports the misses as well as the hits.
Tell us what you need. We reply with questions, not a sales brochure, and you meet the team before anything is signed.
